Terms and Conditions

The board and train is a 3 week minimum stay, and includes life long trainer assistance and group classes for the life of the dog under the fee of the board and train.

(4) one hour transition private lessons are included in the board and train to transfer and maintain the training that has been done within the board and train. Success of the program is contingent on the dog’s training being up held overtime up on going home, adhering to the guidelines, advice and homework from your trainer, as well as completing your one on one transition private lessons with your trainer. Signing this contract is agreement and understanding of this statement. The client is then responsible for the purchase of any ongoing private lesson training that can be purchased from the“àlacarte” training package menu

I (we) hereby agree to the following:

1. I understand that attendance of Allstar Canine Dog Training class is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I (we) will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the utmost care.

2. I represent and warrant that my dog is physically fit and has no medical condition which would prevent his/her full participation in any Allstar Canine Training class. I agree to bring my dog clean and free of parasites before the first day of class, along with proof that my dog has received a minimum of two out of four vaccinations. These vaccinations are to remain current throughout the duration

3. In consideration of my dog being permitted to participate in dog training classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of my dog participating in Allstar Canine Training classes.

4. In further consideration of my dog being permitted to participate in Allstar Canine Training classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Allstar Canine Dog Training (including its employees, owners, and agents) for injury or damages which my dog or I may sustain as a result of participating in these dog training classes. I hereby waive and release Allstar Canine Dog Training (including its employees, owners, and agents) from any and all liability of any nature or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and assume risk of any such damage while attending any training session held by Allstar Canine Dog Training.

5. I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Allstar Canine Dog Training (including its employees, owners, and agents) for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts during the training of my dog while on the training premises, Allstar Canine property, or any other surrounding area thereto.

6. I completely understand that Allstar Canine Dog Training is not legally covered by any insurance company at present that would insure them for exercising, training or caring for a dog without the owner being present. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which my dog might incur to itself towards any other animal, person or property while in the presence of Allstar Canine Dog Training.

7. Allstar Canine will take full liability during the Board and Train program.

8. Allstar Canine Dog Training reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

9. An adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18 to Allstar Canine Dog Training classes. Junior handlers must be at least 10 years old.

10. Payments made via check can be written to Allstar Canine Dog Training. We also accept cash and credit cards as payment. All payment is due prior to the start of training classes unless a payment arrangement has been made prior and is stated in your contract.

11. I understand that all payment arrangements and final payments must be fulfilled within two weeks of beginning training. If there is a default on payment, Allstar Canine Dog Training reserves the right to stop training and resume only when payment has been made.

12. I understand that a no-call no-show for training will result in a deduction of a full private lesson from my training package.

13. Future boarding outside of the Board and Train program is a separate cost through a boarding company at a price which they determine.

14. Allstar Canine does not, and cannot guarantee the outcome of any working goals for protection, sport or service dogs in the Board and Train package.

15. No refunds on any training packages. There are no refunds on Board and Train package payments; deposits are non-refundable and are only able to be applied to a different drop-off date.
